Step 4 - Deploy Chatbot
How to share your AI chatbot after creating it and make it live and ready to engage with users.
Once your AI chatbot is ready, you can make it accessible to users by creating a deployment. Deployments let you share your chatbot through website embeds or direct links.
How to start a deployment
From your AI chatbot dashboard, click Deploy chatbot. If this is your first deployment, you will be prompted to create one.
Create deployment
On the Create Deployment screen, you can configure how your AI chatbot is shared:
- Deployment name
Give your deployment a clear name (for example, Website Customer Support Bot).
- Personality
Select which personality the chatbot should use for this deployment.
- LLM
Choose the language model that powers this AI Chatbot.
- Allowed domains
Specify where your AI chatbot is allowed to be embedded.
This helps control where the chatbot can appear and improves security.
You can allow:- A specific domain
- All subdomains
- Or all domains (not recommended)
Live preview
Use the preview on the right to test how your AI chatbot behaves before publishing.
Create and get embed codes
Click Create & Get Embed Codes to generate sharing options. You can then choose how to make your AI chatbot accessible.
Deployment options
Once your deployment is created, you will receive ready made scripts for each sharing option. Simply copy the script and paste it into your website, no additional setup is required.
- Chat bubble
Copy the provided script and paste it into the<head>section of your website. This will display your AI chatbot as a floating chat bubble. - iFrame embed
Copy the embed code and paste it into the page where you want the AI chatbot to appear. The chatbot will be embedded directly within your page layout. - Direct link
Copy the generated URL and share it anywhere. This link can be used in emails, social media, or opened directly in a browser.
This makes deploying your AI chatbot quick and easy, even without technical knowledge.
