Deleting existing content from your AI chatbot’s memory

If some of the content in your chatbot’s memory is no longer relevant, delete it to maintain accuracy. There are a number of ways to do this, depending on how many files or URLs you want to remove.

How to delete single files or URLs

Click the Select button.

Select the file or the URL you wish to delete.

Deleting all files or URLs

To select all files, click on the tick-box next to the Source Name. Then, click the Delete button.

Deleting multiple files or URLs

Select individual tick boxes next to the specific files or URLs you want to delete, then click the delete button

A screen will pop up asking if you want to remove the selected content. Click Delete.
