How agents can log in to Dante AI
There are two methods for live agents to log in.
Customizing Human Handover
When a live agent accepts your invitation, they will be asked to create a free Dante AI account.
This account can also be used for personal projects if they ever need it, but it is not required to upgrade just to join your team as a live agent.
After their account is created, they can log in through the Dante AI login page.
