Using the auto-refresh feature
If your AI chatbot's memory is dynamic, you will benefit from using our auto-refresh feature, which allows you to schedule automatic updates. Your AI chatbot will retrain its memory at scheduled intervals to incorporate any new data added or removed. This will save you time because you'll have a repository of all your files, and the chatbot will automatically learn from them at set intervals, eliminating the need for manual updates.
Auto refresh keeps your AI chatbot up to date by automatically re checking selected URLs and updating its knowledge when content changes.
To enable auto refresh:
- Go to the Knowledge menu from the left sidebar
- Under Sources, find the URL you want to keep updated
- Click Enable in the Auto Refresh column
A pop up will appear where you can configure auto refresh settings.

In the auto refresh pop up, you can:
- Review the URL that will be automatically refreshed
- Choose how often the content should be checked:
- Daily
- Every 3 days
- Weekly
- Click Enable Auto refresh to confirm
